Shipping, Taxes & Insurance
Advanced Protection Plus sends most of its items via USPS Ground. For
an additional $9.95 we will express process and ship your order. All
shipping and insurance fees are nonrefundable. Orders paid for online
by credit card can usually be shipped and received within 2-3 weeks.
Postal-mailed orders may take longer. If paying by personal check,
please allow an additional 10-14 business days.
The costs for shipping and tax are displayed when you use our Online Ordering system. Orders placed within the state of Texas are subject to 8.25% sales tax. International orders may be subject to a varying shipping fee, depending on the destination country.
Returns & Exchanges
Advanced Protection Plus will refund or exchange your purchase. All return
packages must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of order. No
returns or exchanges will be made on defense sprays if seals are broken
(unless defective). All electronic equipment must be returned with
original packing.

Ordering Information
Advanced Protection Plus uses PayPal, an advanced Secure Online Transaction
system. All information you enter into our Online Shopping Cart system
is encrypted and sent securely to Advanced Protection Plus. At NO time
will anyone outside of our organization be able to view your credit
card number, your address or any other private information you may
provide to us. However, if you are still uncomfortable ordering online,
you can call us at 1-832-295-9084 to place your order.
You can also print out a ready-to-fax or ready-to-mail (postal mail)
form, with all of your product information filled in, by using our
shopping cart ordering system and selecting the appropriate option
(order by fax or order by mail) when you check out. Our fax number
is 1-832-295-0619.
Using our Online Shopping Cart system is easy! If you see an item you wish to purchase, simply click on the "Add to Your Shopping Cart" button beneath the selected item to place it in your shopping basket. On the Shopping Cart page, you can see the exact price of the item, including shipping and tax charges, and increase or decrease the quantity of item ordered (the standard default quantity is 1) if desired. Once you're done, you can simply click on the "Go to Checkout Now" button to be taken to our secure ordering center. From there you can enter your personal information so that we can process your order.
